Sunny Delights
3/4 cup butter or margarine
Frosting Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon butter or margarine Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and dry milk. Set aside. Combine sunflower kernels and chocolate chips. Set aside. Cream margarine, oil, molasses, and honey. Beat in
eggs and add vanilla. Add flour mixture, then sunflower kernels and chocolate chips. Mix well. Drop by generous teaspoons on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees F. 8-10 minutes or until very light
brown. Frost cookies and then sprinkle with sunflower kernels. Source: The National Sunflower Association
