Sunflower Oatmeal Cookies
1 cup butter or margarine Cream butter and sugars, add rest of ingredients in the order given (add baking soda to rolled oats, then add to the rest of the mixture).
Drop by Tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10-12 minutes. Source: The National Sunflower Association

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon light corn syrup
1/2 cup honey
1 3/4 cups peanut butter
1 1/2 cups sunflower kernel
9 1/2 cups oatmeal
4 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups raisins
