Millet Mashed Potatoes
2 tablespoons canola oil or mustard oil Heat the oil
in a frying pan, add the mustard seeds and cook until they 'pop.' Remove from the heat and add to the millet. Add the mashed potato and spices. Mix well. Place a small amount of oil in a medium size frying pan and turn the
millet-potato mixture into the pan. Fry briefly. Source: |
