Microwave Millet
(Prep: 5 min, Cook: 20 min.)
- 1-1/2 cups millet
- 3 cups water
- 1-1/2 tsp. unsalted butter
Combine all ingredients and salt to taste in a microwave safe bowl. Cover and microwave 20 minutes on high, or until liquid is absorbed. Stir, cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving. This
