Microwave Millet  (Prep: 5 min, Cook: 20 min.)

  • 1-1/2 cups millet
  • 3 cups water
  • 1-1/2 tsp. unsalted butter

Combine all ingredients and salt to taste in a microwave safe bowl. Cover and microwave 20 minutes on high, or until liquid is absorbed. Stir, cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

This recipe serves 4 people. Because this recipe is for a particular size pan, it adjusts the number of servings only in multiples of 4.
